How does The Fitt see my food?
Take a photo. The Fitt looks at it. Calories, protein, carbs, fat — done. If The Fitt gets something wrong, tell it. "That was brown rice, not white." The Fitt learns. You can also type what you ate. The Fitt understands that too.
Is my data private?
The Fitt sees your food, not your secrets. Everything is encrypted. Photos are processed and deleted. The Fitt doesn't sell your data. The Fitt doesn't even want your data. It just wants to count your macros. See the Privacy Policy for the fine print.
Can I track without taking photos?
Yes. Type "150g grilled chicken breast" or "2 scrambled eggs." The Fitt understands. That's SelfTrack — for when you already know what you ate and just want the numbers. No camera required. The Fitt doesn't mind.
Can I export my food diary?
Your data is yours. The Fitt doesn't hold it hostage. Export functionality is coming soon — in the meantime, reach out to hello@fittify.io and we'll get your data to you.
How do I delete my account?
Settings page. Delete account. All your data gone within 30 days. The Fitt forgets you existed. If you need help, hello@fittify.io.
